Complimentary white-glove pickup and return is available throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. You may hand your gown directly to our team or leave it with your doorman for collection.

Once your gown is in our care, our team will conduct a detailed inspection, document its condition, and determine the most appropriate care method for its specific fabric, construction, and condition.
Final Quote
You will receive your final quote and estimated turnaround before we proceed, giving you clarity before any treatment begins.
Limited Availability
We accept a limited number of gowns each week so every gown receives the care and attention it deserves. We currently have a few pickup appointments available, making this an ideal time to have your gown collected before stains have additional time to set.
